Eliminacion de cuenta

Solicita el borrado desde la app o envia un email a privacy@nanoslime.app. La cuenta se elimina tras 30 dias. Si inicias sesion antes, se cancela.

Preguntas frecuentes

No puedo iniciar sesion en el perfil web

Verifica que usas el mismo email y contrasena que configuraste en la app. Si olvidaste tu contrasena, contacta soporte para restablecerla.

Mi progreso no aparece en el perfil

El progreso se sincroniza desde la app de macOS. Abre la app, asegurate de tener conexion a internet y espera unos segundos. Si persiste, contacta soporte.

Compre el Founder Pass pero no se refleja

Las compras se procesan a traves de Apple. Si la compra fue exitosa pero no se refleja en tu cuenta, cierra y reabre la app. Si persiste, contacta soporte con tu Apple ID.

Quiero un reembolso del Founder Pass

Los reembolsos son gestionados por Apple. Puedes solicitarlo desde reportaproblem.apple.com.

La app no abre o se cierra inesperadamente

Asegurate de tener macOS 14.0 o superior. Si el problema persiste, elimina la app, descargala de nuevo y contacta soporte con los detalles del error.

Quiero eliminar mi cuenta y mis datos

I can't log in to the web profile

Make sure you're using the same email and password you set up in the app. If you forgot your password, contact support to reset it.

My progress doesn't show on my profile

Progress syncs from the macOS app. Open the app, make sure you have an internet connection and wait a few seconds. If it persists, contact support.

I bought the Founder Pass but it's not reflected

Purchases are processed through Apple. If the purchase went through but isn't reflected in your account, close and reopen the app. If it persists, contact support with your Apple ID.

I want a Founder Pass refund

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The app won't open or crashes unexpectedly

Make sure you have macOS 14.0 or later. If the issue persists, delete the app, re-download it and contact support with the error details.
